aviaDesk

Maintenance · Quality · Documents

The aircraft at the centre. Maintenance, CAMO and quality in one cloud.

aviaDesk prepares work orders automatically from the maintenance programme, your staff sign off task cards directly on smartphone, tablet or PC – and aviaDesk AI reads documents and logbooks, checks ADs against your fleet and makes suggestions. You decide.

Core principle

The aircraft is the root.

All data is attached to the aircraft – not to spreadsheets, folders or individual staff. The aircraft cockpit organises it into five areas, with counters for open and overdue items.

Features

Precise tools for continuing airworthiness.

Due items & work preparation

Automatic work preparation from the maintenance programme – by flight hours, landings, cycles, calendar and any other counter.

Automatic AD matching

FAA ADs daily from the official source (Federal Register); AI extraction of models, S/N ranges, P/N and compliance times, review by curators and matching against the whole fleet – a “possibly affected” review list with reasoning. Revisions and supersedures are detected, FAA and parallel EASA ADs linked. EASA matching scheduled.

AD/SB monitoring & NfL index

Shared catalogue of public documents (ADs, NfL/LTA, SBs). The NfL index (DFS, Volume II) is searchable, including airworthiness directives – the DFS original is authoritative.

Forecast & annual outlook

Expected date per due item from actual utilisation, bundling suggestions for the next shop visit and budget outlook for TBO and overhauls.

Airworthiness review

ARC overview with validity dates and versioned, custom review templates.

Regulation as a requirements matrix

Coverage report per organisation approval and validation rules: Part-M/Part-ML assignment, deferred defect limits, “ARC possibly no longer valid” notice, calendar-month logic, FAA 100-hour rule, retention periods as deletion lock, approval basis for STC installation.

Responsible party per aircraft

CAMO/CAO with contract → operator → owner – with a notice when a contract has expired.

aviaDesk AI

AI suggests. A person confirms.

aviaDesk AI reads, links and suggests – a person confirms every import. Sign-offs, CRS, ARC and signatures always remain in human hands.

AI chat

Questions about your own data, the library and the regulations – every answer with evidence (record or document and page). Read-only: never sign-off, CRS, ARC or signatures.

AI import assistant

Upload several files or a ZIP (STC packages, AFMS, ICA, TCDS, EASA Form 1 / FAA 8130-3, weighing reports …). aviaDesk classifies, extracts and proposes records – with source, page and confidence; imported only after confirmation.

Logbook analysis

Aircraft, engine and propeller logbooks, including handwritten scans: entries are linked to tasks, ADs/SBs and positions – last accomplishment gives the next due date.

Data migration from legacy systems

Import data from existing systems via export. First adapter: ASA Datec AMOffice (CSV export). WingOps is next; further systems and generic Excel/CSV are planned. aviaDesk AI asks about anything unclear inside the system – answers can be saved as a rule for the whole fleet. With preview and undo per import run.

Reliability & guided troubleshooting

Recurring defects per aircraft, type and ATA, short-life components; for a new finding, suggestions from similar past findings and their rectification. Fleet-wide comparison only anonymised and with explicit consent.

Transparent AI usage

AI quotas per organisation and user; AI processing of your own documents can be switched on or off per organisation (default: off).

Regulations

Data-driven, not hard-wired.

The competent authority follows from the aircraft's state of registry and the type's certification basis – not from fixed program logic.
